Mughal Colonnades: Reimagined
(2025)
Jennifa was honoured to participate in the Remaking the Agra Colonnade project, collaborating with Adam Williamson and the V&A Museum. Invited to recreate sections of the historic colonnade, the project explored the artistry, skills, and labour of the original makers. Together, a collaborative piece using plaster and cut ceramic was produced, celebrating traditional techniques while introducing a contemporary creative perspective.
Jennifa also created an individual work that reimagines the craftsmanship of the Agra Colonnades in a modern context. These works are currently displayed at the V&A East Storehouse, alongside a remarkable collection of artefacts. Visitors are encouraged to experience these exquisite pieces in person.
